Every detail is yours to decide. We build to your spec, not from a fixed template.
Fabric
Cotton, polyester, CVC, TC. You pick the GSM. Most polo clients go 200-240gsm combed cotton or 150-180gsm performance poly.
Color
Pantone matching. 20+ stock colors for faster delivery. Custom dye for 300+ piece orders.
Collar & cuffs
Ribbed, flat-knit, tipped, contrast. 2 or 3 button placket. Self-fabric or knit rib collar.
Logo & decoration
Screen print, DTG, heat transfer, embroidery, sublimation. Water-based ink for softer feel.
Sizing
S to 5XL standard. Custom charts adjusted to your market. XS and 6XL grading available.
Stitching
Matching or contrast thread. Single needle, double needle, flatlock, chain stitch per garment type.
Labels & tags
Woven main label, care label, hang tag. All custom branded. Can match your existing labels.
Packaging
Individual poly bag with size sticker. Sorted by size/color into export cartons. Branded packaging available.

100% combed cotton
Soft, breathable. Corporate and premium positioning. 200-240gsm. Preshrunk on request.
CVC 60/40
Cotton-dominant blend. Softer than TC, tougher than cotton. 180-220gsm. Our most popular for team polos.
TC 65/35
Polyester-dominant. Lowest shrinkage, easiest care. Budget-friendly. 180-200gsm.
100% polyester
Wrinkle-resistant, holds color. Sports teams and bulk orders. Quick-dry options. 150-180gsm.

Decoration methods
Your artwork, your placement. We recommend the method based on your fabric and design.
Sublimation
Unlimited colors, zero hand feel. Ink bonds with polyester fibers. All-over prints, wraps around seams. Poly fabrics only.
Heat transfer
Logos, player names, numbers. Individual customization per piece. No plate costs. Works on any fabric.
Screen print
Best on cotton-blend polos (60%+ cotton). Not ideal for stretch. Works well on raglan tees and cotton-poly blends.
Embroidery
Flat embroidery for clean logos. 3D puff for caps and thick garments. Coach polos and sideline jackets.
