Custom Casual Pants
Pants are the hardest garment to get right on the first sample. Waist, rise, inseam, thigh width, knee, leg opening. Six measurements that have to work together or the whole thing looks off. We cut and sew from your spec, your size chart, your fit preference.
MOQ is 100 pieces per style per color. If you’re testing a new fit, we recommend starting with a sample round before committing to bulk.

Who orders custom pants from us
The product where fit samples save you the most money.
Workwear & uniform buyers
Staff pants for warehouses, restaurants, hotels, delivery teams. The spec barely changes between orders. These clients want one fit that works, then reorder it indefinitely. We keep the pattern on file. Most reorders ship without a new sample because the spec is already locked in.
Streetwear & DTC brands
Cargo pants and fashion joggers. This is where the fit conversations get detailed. Drop crotch or regular rise. Tapered leg or straight. Ankle zip or elasticated cuff. These clients usually go through two or three sample rounds before approving, and that’s normal. The fit is the product.
Corporate & hospitality
Staff trousers and chinos for front-desk teams, restaurant crews, office uniforms. Usually poly-cotton for wrinkle resistance. The tricky part isn’t the fabric or the decoration. It’s the sizing. A hotel chain needs three inseam lengths per waist size (short, regular, long), which triples the SKU count. We build grading matrices for this.
Available styles

Flat front, straight or slim leg. The corporate staple. 200-260gsm twill.
Cargo pants
Multiple utility pockets with flap closure. Workwear and streetwear.
Casual jogger
Elastic waistband, tapered leg, ribbed cuff. Cotton or twill, not athletic.
Work pants
Reinforced knees and back pockets. Heavy-duty construction. 280-350gsm.
Drawstring pants
Elastic waist, no belt loops. Resort and hospitality use.
Slim trousers
Narrow leg, mid-rise. Fashion and brand collections.

What you can customize on every pair
Pants have more construction variables than any other garment we make. Here’s what you control.
Fabric
Cotton twill, poly-cotton twill, stretch cotton (with 2-3% spandex), canvas, ripstop. Weight ranges from 200gsm for lightweight chinos to 350gsm for heavy work pants. Stretch blends are popular and we get why. A 2% spandex addition changes how the whole pant moves. Non-stretch is cheaper and holds a press better. Your call.
Color
Pantone matching. Garment-dyed finishes available for a washed, lived-in look (adds 3-5 days to production). Stock colors in standard twill ship faster. Overdye on pre-sewn garments is an option for smaller runs where custom-dyed fabric MOQs don't make sense.
Waistband & closure
Belt loops (5, 7, or 8 per pair), elastic back, full elastic, drawstring. Zip fly with button or hook-and-bar. Button fly if you want it. Branded waistband lining available. The waistband construction alone takes more pattern pieces than most people expect.
Pockets
Front slash pockets, front on-seam pockets, back welt pockets with or without button. Cargo pockets (bellows or flat). Coin pocket. Hidden zippered pockets. Every pocket style changes the pattern cutting and adds construction time. Cargo pockets add the most.
Sizing
Waist 28 to 44. Multiple inseam lengths per waist size (28", 30", 32" are standard, but we can do any length). Some clients use S to 3XL instead of numerical waist sizing. Either system works. Custom size charts graded to your fit.
Fit & silhouette
Slim, regular, relaxed. Tapered leg, straight leg, wide leg. Low rise, mid rise, high rise. The rise measurement (from crotch seam to waistband) is the one spec most new clients forget to include. We always ask.
Labels & tags
Woven main label, care label, hang tag, leather or jacron waistband patch. All custom branded. The waistband patch is a small detail that makes pants feel like a finished product. Most brands want one.
Packaging
Individual poly bag with size sticker. Sorted by size, inseam, and color into export cartons. Branded packaging available.
Fabric availability
Stock twill and canvas in standard colors arrive in 1-3 days. Custom-dyed fabric, organic cotton, and stretch blends take 7-15 days.
Cotton twill
The default. Smooth diagonal weave, holds shape, takes dye well. 200-280gsm. Lighter weights for chinos, heavier for work pants. Pre-washed/sanforized options to control shrinkage. If a client doesn't specify sanforized, we recommend it. Nobody wants pants that fit great out of the bag and tight after the first wash.
Stretch cotton
97-98% cotton with 2-3% spandex. Same twill weave but with give. 220-260gsm. The comfort difference is obvious the first time you sit down. Costs 10-15% more per meter than non-stretch. Worth it for slim fits.
Poly-cotton twill
65/35 polyester-cotton. Wrinkle-resistant, colorfast, durable. The uniform fabric. 200-280gsm. Holds a crease, doesn't fade as fast as pure cotton. Hotels and restaurant chains order this almost exclusively.
Canvas / ripstop
The heavy-duty option. 280-350gsm. Cotton canvas for work pants and cargo. Ripstop weave for tear resistance without the weight of full canvas. Used for utility and military-inspired styles.

Decoration methods
Pants don’t get decorated the way T-shirts do. The branding is subtler and built into the construction.
Embroidery
Small logos on the back pocket, the cargo pocket flap, or the waistband lining. Flat embroidery only. Puff embroidery doesn't work on twill the way it does on fleece. Keep the stitch count low and the design simple. A 5,000-stitch pocket logo is the sweet spot.
Screen print
Limited use on pants compared to tops. Back pocket prints, leg branding, interior waistband graphics. Water-based ink sits better on twill than plastisol. Most pants orders don't use screen print at all.
Custom hardware
Branded buttons, rivets, zipper pulls, snaps. This is where pants branding really lives. A custom shank button with your logo engraved on it changes the feel of the entire garment. Metal or plastic. Brushed nickel, antique brass, matte black, whatever finish you want. Minimum order for custom hardware is usually 500-1,000 pieces per design.
Woven patches & labels
Leather waistband patch (or jacron for vegan/cost-conscious brands). Woven brand patch on the back pocket or leg. These small touches are what separate "pants with a logo" from "a brand's pants." Most of our returning pants clients include at least a waistband patch and a custom shank button.
From inquiry to delivery
Tell us what you need
Email or WhatsApp your specs: quantity, design reference, logo files, size chart, target delivery date. If you have a reference garment you want us to match, ship it to us. We measure it and build the pattern from that.
Approve a sample
Fit sample in 5-7 working days. For pants, we strongly recommend a fit test on a real person before approving bulk. Waist and inseam measurements on a flat garment don’t tell the whole story. The rise, thigh room, and knee break only show up when someone wears them.
We produce
Sample approved, 50% deposit, production starts. 10-15 working days for orders under 1,000 pieces. Photos before packing.
You receive
Balance payment, then we ship. DHL, FedEx, or UPS delivers in 3-7 days. Air and sea freight for larger orders.
