Custom Activewear & Gym Wear

Activewear is a fabric decision first, everything else second. Polyester for sublimation. Nylon-spandex for compression. Mesh for ventilation. The decoration method, the fit, the construction details all follow from what the fabric needs to do on the body.

Tops, bottoms, outerwear. All cut and sewn from your spec. MOQ is 100 pieces per style per color. For logo placement on existing blanks, no minimum.

Who orders custom activewear from us

Fabric first. Everything else second.

Fitness brands & gym studios

Launching a gym wear line or selling merch at the front desk. Most fitness brands start with two or three core pieces (a tee, a pair of shorts, maybe a sports bra) and test the market before adding to the collection. Full private label. Your brand, your tags, your packaging. We’ve done runs as small as 100 pieces per style for brands that are just getting started.

Sports teams & leagues

Full team kits: training tees, compression gear, warm-up jackets, shorts. All sublimated, all matching, all delivered in one batch. We handle mixed sizes across a full range (youth XS to adult 3XL) without splitting the order into separate runs.

Corporate & event orders

Company fun runs, charity marathons, wellness program gear. Usually polyester tees or tanks with sublimated logos. Fast turnaround because the artwork is simple and the fabric doesn’t change.

Available styles

Not a shop. These are starting points for your custom order. Each style is fully customizable.Pick a base, tell us your specs, get a quote.

Performance tee

Moisture-wicking polyester, athletic cut. 120-180gsm.

Tank top

Racerback or stringer. Gym staple. Mesh and solid options.

Compression shirt

Tight fit, nylon-spandex. Second-skin feel.

Track jacket

Lightweight zip-up. Warm-up and sideline use.

Joggers

Tapered leg, elasticated cuff. Performance or casual weight.

Training shorts

Above knee, side pockets. Mesh or woven.

Running shorts

Shorter inseam, built-in liner. Lightweight.

Compression tights

Full or 3/4 length. Nylon-spandex. Flatlock seams.

What you can customize on every piece

Every detail is yours to decide. We build to your spec, not from a fixed template.

Fabric

Polyester, nylon, spandex, and their blends. Weight and stretch ratio depend on the product. A sublimation tee runs 120-160gsm. Compression gear uses 200-250gsm nylon-spandex with 15-20% spandex content. Tell us what the garment needs to do and we'll recommend a fabric. Or send a swatch.

Color

Pantone matching on all dye-sublimated pieces. Stock colors available for non-sublimated items. Sublimation gives you unlimited colors per piece at no extra cost. That's the whole point of the method.

Logo & decoration

Sublimation, heat transfer, screen print, embroidery. Sublimation is the default for polyester activewear. Full coverage, zero hand feel, no cracking. Heat transfer for individual names and numbers. Embroidery on track jackets and heavier outerwear.

Sizing

XS to 5XL. Women's and men's grading available. Compression gear needs tighter size tolerances than casual fit, so we grade them separately. Custom size charts for any market.

Fit & cut

Athletic, compression, relaxed. Raglan sleeves for arm mobility. Tapered legs for joggers. Drop-tail hems for coverage during movement. Each product type has its own pattern logic and we adjust to your specs.

Technical features

Mesh ventilation panels. Flatlock stitching (no raised seams, no chafing). Gusseted crotch on bottoms. Reflective tape or print for visibility. Thumbholes on sleeves. Zippered pockets. These are the details that separate real activewear from a printed t-shirt.

Labels & tags

Woven main label, care label, hang tag. All custom branded. Heat-transfer labels are available for pieces where a woven tag would irritate the skin. Most compression gear goes tagless.

Packaging

Individual poly bag with size sticker. Sorted by size and color into export cartons. Branded packaging available.

Fabric availability

Performance fabrics in stock, arrive in 1-3 days. Specialty blends and custom weaves take 7-15 days.

100% polyester (dry-fit)

The standard for activewear. Lightweight, wicks moisture, dries fast, holds sublimation prints permanently. 120-180gsm. Most gym tees and team jerseys use this. If you're doing sublimation, this is the fabric.

Nylon-spandex

Compression and stretch. 200-250gsm with 15-20% spandex content for a tight, supportive fit. Used for compression shirts, tights, and sports bras. More expensive per meter than polyester. Smoother hand feel, better recovery after stretch.

Polyester mesh

Open-weave polyester for ventilation panels and lightweight tops. 80-120gsm. Not a standalone fabric for most garments. We use it in side panels, back yokes, and underarm inserts where airflow matters.

Polyester-spandex blend

The middle ground between dry-fit poly and nylon-spandex. 150-200gsm with 5-10% spandex. Enough stretch for movement without full compression. Good for joggers, training shorts, and relaxed-fit performance tops.

Decoration methods

Your artwork, your placement. We recommend the method based on your fabric and design.

Sublimation

The activewear method. Ink bonds with polyester fiber permanently. Unlimited colors, zero hand feel, zero cracking, zero peeling. Prints wrap around seams. All-over designs covering every inch of the garment cost the same as a small chest logo. Only works on white or light polyester. This is what 80% of our activewear orders use.

Heat transfer

Player names, individual numbers, variable artwork per piece. No setup costs. Works on any fabric. The vinyl sits on top of the fabric so you can feel it, but modern transfers are thin enough that it doesn't bother most athletes. Best for team orders where every piece is different.

Screen print

Works on cotton-blend activewear and heavier polyester. Not the first choice for performance pieces because the print layer blocks moisture-wicking. Fine for track jackets and casual gym tees where breathability through the printed area isn't critical.

Embroidery

Logos on track jackets, zip-ups, and heavier outerwear. Flat embroidery for clean brand marks. We don't embroider on lightweight performance fabrics. The needle perforations compromise the stretch and the thread pulls on thin polyester. Track jackets and warm-ups only.
