ABOUT US
Want To Know More About Us?
Guangzhou, China. Since 2018.
Linda and I met in 2017 at a garment export company in Guangzhou. We were both on the phones every day, talking to overseas buyers. That was our whole job. And we were good at it.
Here is what we saw from that desk.
Buyers overseas were placing smaller orders. They wanted to test a design with 200 pieces before committing to 2,000. Makes total sense if you are a new brand trying not to blow your entire savings on one bet. But the factories we worked with did not want to hear it. Minimum 3,000 pieces. No negotiation.
So these two worlds just kept pulling apart. And the people who got crushed in the middle were always the same: small brand owners with real ideas and not a lot of cash to spare.
So these two worlds just kept pulling apart. And the people who got crushed in the middle were always the same: small brand owners with real ideas and not a lot of cash to spare.
The part that made us quit was watching what happened after an order went wrong.
I remember one guy. Ran a small streetwear label out of Melbourne. He had saved up for months, placed his first bulk order, waited six weeks for it to ship. When he opened the boxes, the fabric weight was completely off. The colors did not match the swatch we had confirmed. He emailed. He called. He called again. The factory ghosted him.
What killed me was not just the money they lost. It was the look on their face when they realized they could not trust their own judgment anymore.
Those calls are why we left.
We started Goodley Garments in 2018. Not because we had some grand vision. We just wanted to be the company we wished had existed when we were sitting on the buyer’s side, fielding those same excuses.
A hundred pieces? Absolutely. Five hundred? Even better. We figure out the production either way. Something goes wrong with an order? We call you. We do not send a form email and disappear for two weeks.
Eight years in, Linda and I are still running this together.
That is the whole point of Goodley.
15 years focused on men’s casual wear, activewear, and team uniforms. Nothing else.
Same-day fabric sourcing, no cross-city coordination needed
Full supply chain in one cluster: fabric mills, printing, embroidery, washing, packaging
In-house office and production facility, no outsourced steps
We Are Inside the Supply Chain, Not Outside It
Some manufacturers source materials from across the country. We sit inside one of South China’s most concentrated garment production regions. Our fabric suppliers, printing houses, and packaging partners are all within the same industrial zone.
One Contact Person, Start to Finish
You will not be passed between a sales person, a production manager, and a shipping coordinator. One person handles your order from the first message to the last tracking number. That person knows your fabric, your sizing, your print specs, and your timeline.
Small orders are our specialty
We built this company for buyers placing 100 to 500 pieces. That is not our compromise. It is our design. Our production workflows, our fabric sourcing, and our pricing structure are all built for this range. Your 100-piece first order gets the same attention as a 500-piece repeat.
Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
100 pieces per style per color for fully custom orders. That’s our real starting point, not a marketing number. Don’t need 100? Use an existing style and add your logo. No minimum for that.
How long does production take?
Samples in 5 to 7 working days. Bulk in 10 to 15 working days for orders under 1,000 pieces. A typical 100-piece order ships in about 32 to 36 days start to finish.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, always. We won’t let you skip this step even if you want to. Sample fee varies by style and includes international courier shipping to you.
