Goodley Garments is a custom menswear manufacturer in Guangzhou, China. Only menswear. T-shirts, polos, hoodies, activewear, uniforms. We work with brands, distributors, sports clubs, and organizations overseas who need custom production starting at 100 pieces per style per color.

One person handles your order from product planning through fabric selection, sampling, bulk production, QC, and shipping. You always know who to call, and that person actually picks up.

Built on 15 Years of Garment Experience

Fifteen years in garment production teaches you things Google can’t. Which fabric mills actually deliver on time. Which printing technique holds up after 50 washes and which one cracks after 10. How to catch a color mismatch before it becomes 500 wrong shirts.

Our production base is in Guangzhou, right in the middle of China’s largest fabric and trim market. We don’t wait three weeks for materials to arrive from another province. If a fabric is out of stock, we usually have a backup option within a day or two.

A client once needed a replacement fabric for a polo run mid-order. We pulled three swatches from the Zhongda market that afternoon and sent comparison photos by evening. That kind of turnaround only happens when your supply chain is ten minutes away.

Why We Started Goodley

Before Goodley, we worked in garment export in Guangzhou. Talked to overseas buyers every day. The same problems kept showing up.

A buyer wanted 200 pieces to test a product. The factory said no, minimum 3,000. No negotiation. Another buyer placed an order and the fabric weight came back wrong. Colors didn’t match the approved sample. They’d call the factory, send emails, follow up on WhatsApp. Nothing. Silence.

Those buyers didn’t just lose money. They lost confidence in their own judgment. Some stopped sourcing from China entirely.

We started Goodley in 2018 because we wanted to be the kind of company we wished had existed back when we were sitting on the buyer’s side of those calls. Our first overseas order was nine styles of custom gear for a youth basketball team in the United States. That client still places repeat orders today.

Our Mission

Help overseas brands and organizations get custom menswear made in China, starting at 100 pieces, with one dedicated contact who stays with the order from first sketch to final delivery.

You deal with one person through the whole process. That same person sends you production updates, answers your questions, and tells you when something changes. You never have to chase.

Our Values

• We look at every production decision from the buyer’s side. If a fabric choice will cause problems six months from now, we say so before you commit to it.

• Your 150-piece order gets the same pre-production sample, the same QC checks, the same photo updates during production as an order ten times that size. We don’t have a “small order” process and a “big order” process.

• You send us a design and the embroidery detail won’t hold at that size, or the fabric can’t reproduce that color accurately? We’ll tell you why, and show you what will actually work. We’d rather lose a bit of time upfront than let you find out at delivery.

• When a problem comes up, we call you. We don’t sit on it hoping it resolves itself, and we don’t go quiet.

• We stay with the order until it arrives. Not until it ships. Until it’s in your hands.

Our Vision

We want Goodley to be the first call for growing brands that need custom menswear made in China.

Not because we’re the biggest. We’re not trying to be. We want to be the company where buyers know they’ll get a straight answer, a workable plan, and someone who actually stays with the details.

We’re not there yet. But when a client comes back for a second order without us having to ask, that tells us we’re getting closer.
