Custom Polo Shirt Manufacturer in China

We make custom polo shirts for brands, businesses, and teams ordering from overseas. Our production base is in Guangzhou, right next to China’s largest fabric and trim markets, which means we source everything locally and keep lead times short.

If you need 100 polo shirts with your logo for a company rollout, or 2,000 pieces across five colorways for retail, we handle the whole thing. Fabric sourcing, pattern making, sampling, bulk production, quality checks, shipping. One contact person from start to finish.

A polo for a hotel front desk is not the same as one for a warehouse crew. The fabric, collar type, weight, and logo method all depend on where it gets worn, how often it gets washed, and how neat the team needs to look. Start with those answers. We figure out the rest.

Send us a tech pack, a sample you like, or clear photos of what you want. We confirm fabric, pattern, size chart, color, logo method, and packaging on a sample first. After you approve, production under 1,000 pieces takes 10 to 15 working days. Shipping time depends on the method you choose.

01

Pick the Fabric Based on How the Polo Gets Used

220gsm piqué cotton works for an office. Holds its shape, collar stays neat, looks clean after ironing. Same fabric on a warehouse floor in summer? Too hot, too slow to dry.

For outdoor or active roles, CVC blends or moisture-wicking polyester make more sense. We get a lot of these for golf polo shirts and outdoor event teams. The fabric has to breathe and still look sharp after four hours in the sun. Lighter, dries faster, costs less per piece. For formal uniform programs where the collar needs to look sharp all day, go heavier cotton with better recovery.

Tell us the climate, how physical the job is, how often the polos go through the wash, and what price you’re working with. We narrow it down to two or three options and send actual fabric swatches with the sample.

One note: if your team washes at high temperature, 100% cotton above 200gsm will shrink unless it’s pre-shrunk treated. A lot of buyers don’t find that out until the second order comes back too tight. We check for that in the fabric stage.

02

Confirm the Collar, Placket, and Size Chart on the Sample

Rib-knit collar or flat-knit collar. Two-button or three-button placket. Short sleeves or long. Side vents or straight hem. Chest pocket or no pocket.

These look like small details on paper. On the body, they change everything.

We check all of them on the sample, along with body length, chest width, and sleeve opening. Standard sizes run from S to 5XL. If your team runs larger (common for US and Australian orders), we adjust the pattern from L upwards instead of just scaling the whole thing bigger. That keeps the proportions right across the full size range.

Once you approve the sample, that’s the locked spec. Every production run and every reorder matches it.

03

Pick the Logo Method That Fits the Fabric and Artwork

Small chest logo, one or two colors? Embroidery. Clean, durable, survives industrial washing.

Full-color back graphic or a detailed design? Screen printing, DTG, or heat transfer. Which one depends on the fabric, the number of colors, how fine the artwork is, and how the print should feel against the shirt.

For bulk polo shirts with logo embroidery, we need your artwork in vector format, AI or EPS preferred. We match Pantone colors, confirm the exact size and position, and lock all of it before production starts. During QC, every batch gets compared against the approved sample.

When you reorder, we pull the same spec file: same fabric, same color, same sizes, same logo placement. If you need to update something (new logo version, added size, different color), we confirm the change on a new sample first, then run bulk.

MOQ and Small Orders

For a fully custom polo, developed from scratch with your fabric, colors, pattern, and labels, our minimum is 100 pieces per style per color. One design in three colors means 300 pieces total.

If you’re working with one of our existing polo blanks and just adding your logo and a custom neck label, there’s no minimum. We’ve done runs as small as 30 pieces this way for clients who needed staff polos on a tight timeline.

A lot of suppliers say “no minimum” without explaining what that actually means. Here’s ours: custom development starts at 100 per style per color. Existing stock plus your branding has no floor.

WHO WE MAKE FOR

Polo Shirts and Uniforms for Repeat Orders

This works best when the first order leads to regular reorders. Not one-off blanks.

01

Corporate and Hospitality Teams

Offices, restaurants, hotels, bars, retail stores, event staff. Different roles, same brand look. Send us the styles you need, how many people per size, your logo files, and when you need them by. We build one polo or several versions under the same color and branding, split by role.

02

Uniform Distributors and Resellers

You need the same spec every time you reorder. We save the fabric code, color reference, measurements, logo size, packaging, and delivery details on file. Next time, just send the quantities. No re-sampling unless you change something.

03

Clubs, Schools, and Organizations

Golf clubs, gyms, school teams, community groups. Some need performance polyester for coaches and players. Others want soft cotton for everyday member merch. We fit the size chart to the people actually wearing it and keep the spec on file for next season. See how we handled a full kit for a US youth basketball program.
