Send Us What You Have. We Make the First Sample.
A tech pack is ideal. A reference T-shirt you like works too. Even clear photos with notes on fit, fabric weight, and print placement are enough to get started.
We check the measurements, neckline shape, sleeve length, stitch details, and branding, then cut the first sample. You see the actual fit and fabric on a real garment before any bulk production starts.
Full custom T-shirt development at our Guangzhou production base starts at 100 pieces per style per color. If you only need a logo or neck label added to an existing in-stock T-shirt, there is no MOQ.
One contact person follows your order from sampling through production, QC, and shipping.

The Fabric and Weight Depend on What the T-Shirt Is For
A 160gsm cotton tee for a summer giveaway and a 280gsm heavyweight streetwear blank are two completely different products. Oversized cuts with dropped shoulders need heavier fabric to hold the shape. We usually start at 220GSM for those and go up from there. Different fabric, different construction, different price.
Tell us what the T-shirt is for, who’s wearing it, what hand feel you want, and your target price. We suggest the right composition and GSM from there.
Cotton, CVC, tri-blend, or performance polyester. Each does different things. 100% combed cotton feels soft but wrinkles. CVC holds its shape better and costs less. Tri-blend drapes well but doesn’t take screen printing as crisply. We walk you through the tradeoffs so the fabric matches the end use, not just a spec sheet.
We confirm the neck rib, seam construction, measurements, and size chart on the sample. Once you approve it, that sample locks the spec for bulk.

Printing, Embroidery, and Labels: Pick the Method That Lasts
Screen printing works for graphic t-shirts with bold colors and large runs. DTG handles full-color photo prints and small batches better. Heat transfer gives sharp detail on performance fabrics. Water-based printing feels softer on the shirt but fades faster if the customer washes hot.
Which method fits your order depends on four things: the fabric, the number of colors, how detailed the artwork is, and how the print needs to feel.
For embroidery: flat embroidery, 3D puff, and appliqué are all options. Neck labels, woven tags, and custom logo placement on chest, sleeve, or hem are standard.
We match Pantone colors and confirm exact print size and position before production. During QC, finished pieces get checked against the approved sample. If something shifts, we catch it before the order ships.
WHO WE MAKE FOR
Custom T-Shirts for Brands, Businesses and Teams
Each order is a different job. We plan the fabric, branding, sizes, and schedule around it.
01
Clothing Brands & Online Sellers
Building your own line? Full custom development starts at 100 pieces per style per color. Send a tech pack, reference garment, or product images and we develop a sample. Private labels, custom neck tags, and branded packaging included. If you’re testing a new style and want to start smaller, we can add your logo and labels to an existing in-stock blank with no MOQ.
02
Corporate, Event & Promotional Orders
Staff uniforms, event tees, campaign shirts, branded giveaways. These usually come with a fixed date and a set budget. Send us the quantity, size breakdown, artwork, and delivery city. We recommend the printing method and work backward from your deadline. For orders under 1,000 pieces, bulk production takes 10 to 15 working days after sample approval. Shipping time is separate.
03
Sports Clubs, Gyms & Organizations
Training tees, gym merch, club uniforms, supporter shirts. Different jobs need different fabrics. Performance polyester handles sweat and heavy use. Cotton and cotton blends work better for casual teamwear and retail merchandise. We fit the size chart to your group, confirm print or embroidery details on the sample, and keep the spec on file for reorders. Sizes run S to 5XL and can be adjusted for your market.
Custom T-Shirt Styles for Wholesale Orders
These are starting points. Pick a base style, then adjust the fit, fabric, GSM, color, printing, embroidery, and labels to match your brief. Full custom development starts at 100 pieces per style per color.
