HOW IT WORKS

From your idea to a finished garment, in 6 steps

Most of our clients have never ordered custom clothing from a factory before. This page covers three things you’ll want to figure out before reaching out: how the production process runs, how long each stage takes (with real numbers), and what you can and can’t customize.

The production process

One person handles your order from start to finish. No handoffs between departments.

1

Send us your design

A tech pack works great, but reference photos or a sketch on a napkin will do. Tell us what you need, roughly how many pieces, and when you need them.

2

We quote within 24 hours

You get a line-by-line breakdown: fabric cost, decoration cost, shipping cost, all separated. No vague estimates. If something looks off budget, we suggest alternatives that bring the price down without killing the quality.

3

Fabric sourcing and pattern making

We source the right fabric from Guangzhou's textile market and build your pattern. If you need a specific weight, blend, or hand feel, we send physical swatches first.

4

Sample for your approval

We make a pre-production sample and ship it to you by express. Check the fit, the fabric, the print quality in person. We don't move to production until you sign off.

Bulk production

Once you approve, we cut and sew the full run. You get progress photos during production so there are no surprises. For orders under 1,000 pieces, bulk takes 10 to 15 working days.

Quality check and ship

We inspect every piece, pack your order, and ship. Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) gets it to you in 3 to 7 days. Sea freight is available for larger orders.

Built for orders of 100 to 500 pieces

We work with startup brands, sports clubs ordering team kits, businesses that need staff uniforms, and community groups putting together event tees.

Most clients haven’t done this before. That’s the whole point of this guide. We take small orders seriously because that’s our core business.

How long does it actually take?

What can be customized?

Short answer: almost everything. Here’s what most clients customize, and what each choice means for cost and timeline.

Fabric

Weight and composition: 160gsm cotton jersey, 300gsm heavyweight fleece, polyester blends, whatever your product needs. We source from Guangzhou’s textile market, so the selection is massive. If you’re not sure what works for your product, tell us what you’re making and we’ll recommend options.

Colors

Pantone-matched to your exact brand colors. We test on the actual production fabric, not a generic swatch card. This matters more than most people realize. A color that looks perfect on a swatch can shift noticeably on a different base cloth.

Sizing

Your own size chart, S to 5XL or whatever your market needs. We can work from your existing grading specs or build one from scratch based on your target fit. US, UK, Australian sizing standards, we’ve done them all.

Logo and decoration

You can mix methods on the same garment. Plenty of our clients do an embroidered logo on the chest and screen-printed graphics on the back. Each method has different cost structures and visual results.

Labels and packaging

Woven main labels, printed care labels, hang tags, custom poly bags, tissue paper wraps. Your customer sees your brand from the moment they open the package. For DTC brands, this is where you make the first impression count.

Don't have a tech pack? That's fine.

Most of our clients don’t. You send us reference photos, tell us what you’re after, and we put together a spec sheet for you to confirm. We’ve done this hundreds of times.

If you do have a tech pack, even better. We quote directly from it.

Have a tech pack?
Send it over. We follow your specs.
Have reference photos?
Good enough. We build the spec.
Just an idea?
A napkin sketch works too.
