What Gets You a Quote Fast
The more detail you give us upfront, the faster and more accurate your quote will be. But even if you only have a vague idea, send it. We’ll ask the right questions.
What you're making
Polo, hoodie, training kit, work shirt. Attach a photo of something close to what you want, or a tech pack if you have one.
How many
Per style, per color. “200 pieces, 2 colors, S to 2XL” gets you a quote fast. “A few hundred maybe?” gets you a follow-up question.
Fabric
Composition, GSM, finish. If you know it, spell it out. If you don’t, describe what you’re after. “Thick, soft, not shiny” tells us more than you think. We’ll match a spec to it.
What goes on it
Logo placement, print method (or let us recommend one), embroidery, labels, hang tags. If you’ve already got packaging rules (poly bag, branded box, carton markings), include those too.
When and where
Target sample date. Target bulk delivery date. Destination country. These three things decide which shipping route we plan around.

We Make Your Sample
Once you approve the quote and pay the sample fee, we produce a pre-production sample and ship it to you via DHL/FedEx. Courier cost included in sample fee.

Common Questions Before You Inquire
Is there a fee to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free. You send us your requirements, we send back pricing, specs, and a production timeline. No obligation.
What if I need fewer than 100 pieces?
For fully custom (new pattern, new fabric), 100 per style per color is the minimum. But if you want to add your logo to one of our existing garments, there’s no minimum at all.
I don't have a tech pack. Can I still get a quote?
Absolutely. Most of our clients don’t. A reference photo and a description is enough. We’ll handle the tech specs on our end.
How long from first contact to delivery?
For a 100-piece order shipped by courier: roughly 32 to 36 days. That includes sampling, your approval, bulk production, and DHL/FedEx shipping.
What's the sample cost?
Depends on the style and complexity. Sample fee includes international courier shipping (DHL/FedEx). Once your bulk order hits a certain quantity, we refund the sample fee.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Most of our clients are in the US and Australia. We also ship regularly to the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and elsewhere. We handle FOB, CIF, and DDP terms.
