Custom hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts, cut and sewn from scratch. Pullover or zip-up. Fleece or French terry. You choose the weight, the color, the fit, and the decoration. We handle the production.
MOQ is 100 pieces per style per color for fully custom orders. If you already have a design and just need logo printing, use one of our existing hoodie blanks with no minimum quantity.

Streetwear & DTC brands
Starting a line or adding to it. Most streetwear clients begin with a single 100-piece pullover run to test their market before scaling up. Heavyweight fleece (320gsm and up) is the standard first order. We do full private label: your woven neck labels, your hang tags, your poly bags. Nothing says Goodley on it.
Corporate & event merch
Staff hoodies, conference giveaways, product launch drops. These orders care about turnaround time and batch consistency more than anything else. We keep your specs and print files on record so every reorder matches the first run.
Schools, teams & clubs
Team hoodies for sports clubs, dance schools, university societies. Smaller groups under 100 use our existing blanks with logo printing. Larger programs go fully custom. Names or numbers on the back, mixed sizes in one order, no extra charge per size.

Classic pullover hoodie
Kangaroo pocket, drawstring hood. The default. 280-380gsm fleece.
Zip-up hoodie
Full zip, split kangaroo pockets. Same weight range as pullover.
Crewneck sweatshirt
No hood. Clean neckline, same fleece body. The understated option.
Oversized hoodie
Dropped shoulders, longer body, wider sleeves. The streetwear fit.
Heavyweight hoodie
380gsm+ double-faced fleece. Thick, structured, holds shape after washing.
French terry hoodie
Loopback interior, lighter weight. 260-300gsm. Better for layering.
Cropped hoodie
Shortened body, regular or oversized shoulder. Women’s and unisex cuts.
Raglan hoodie
Diagonal shoulder seam. Sportier look, often done with contrast sleeves.
What you can customize on every hoodie
Every detail is yours to decide. We build to your spec, not from a fixed template.
Fabric
Fleece or French terry. Cotton, CVC, or polyester blends. You pick the weight. Most clients go 320gsm brushed fleece for a substantial feel or 280gsm French terry for something lighter.
Color
Pantone matching. 20+ stock colors for faster delivery. Custom dye runs available for orders over 300 pieces.
Hood & drawstring
Lined or unlined hood. Flat drawstring, round cord, or no drawstring. Metal aglets, plastic tips, or raw cut ends. Double-layered hoods available for heavyweight styles.
Logo & decoration
Screen print, DTG, heat transfer, embroidery. Water-based ink for a softer hand feel. Puff print and discharge print on dark garments also available.
Sizing
S to 5XL standard. Custom size charts adjusted to your market. Oversized fits graded separately from regular fits.
Pockets & details
Kangaroo, side seam, or zippered pockets. Thumbholes on cuffs. Ribbed hem and cuffs in matching or contrast color.
Labels & tags
Woven main label, care label, hang tag. All custom branded. We can match your existing labels or design new ones from your logo files.
Packaging
Individual poly bag with size sticker. Pieces sorted by size and color into export cartons. Branded packaging available: custom poly bags, tissue paper, box inserts, sticker seals.
Fabric availability
Common fleece fabrics are in stock and arrive in 1-3 days. Organic cotton, recycled polyester, and custom blends take 7-15 days.
Cotton brushed fleece
The heavyweight option. Brushed interior, soft and warm. 320-380gsm. Best for streetwear and cold-weather runs. This is what most clients picture when they say "hoodie."
CVC fleece 60/40
cotton-poly blend. Lighter than pure cotton, better shape retention after repeated washing. 280-340gsm. The all-rounder for bulk orders.
French terry
Loopback interior (loops instead of brushed nap). 260-300gsm. Lighter hand feel, better for transitional seasons. Popular with brands doing year-round drops.
Polyester fleece
Moisture-wicking, wrinkle-resistant. Works with sublimation printing. 260-300gsm. Best for athletic and outdoor use where performance matters more than softness.

Decoration methods
Your artwork, your placement. We recommend the method based on your fabric and design.
Screen print
The default for hoodies. Bold, opaque, durable. Works on any cotton or cotton-blend fleece. Plastisol for vibrant color, water-based for a softer hand feel. Discharge print available on dark garments to remove the dye and replace it with your color.
DTG (direct to garment)
Photographic-quality prints with unlimited colors. Best for complex artwork and gradient designs. Works on cotton and cotton-dominant blends. No setup cost per color, so it makes sense for small runs with detailed art.
Embroidery
Flat embroidery for chest logos and small branding. 3D puff embroidery for a raised, textured look. Common on heavyweight hoodies and zip-ups. Looks expensive, because it is. But the per-piece cost is lower than most people expect.
Heat transfer
Player names, individual numbers, variable artwork. No plate costs. Works on any fabric type. The go-to when every piece in the order needs something different printed on it.

Tell us what you need
Email or WhatsApp your specs: quantity, design reference, logo files, target delivery date. We reply within 24 hours with a quote and timeline.
Approve a sample
We make a pre-production sample in 5-7 working days and ship it to you (shipping included in sample fee). You check fit, color, print quality, and tell us what to adjust.
We produce
After sample approval and 50% deposit, bulk production takes 10-15 working days for orders under 1,000 pieces. We send photos before packing.
You receive
Balance payment, then we ship. International courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) delivers in 3-7 days. Air freight and sea freight also available.
