Custom T-Shirts

T-shirts are the simplest garment we make and the hardest to get right. The fabric weight, the hand feel after ten washes, the way the collar sits flat or curls. Cut and sewn from your spec: fabric, color, neckline, fit, decoration, labels.

MOQ is 100 pieces per style per color for cut-and-sew. For logo printing on existing blanks, no minimum.

Who orders custom t-shirts from us

The highest-volume product we make. By a lot.

Brands & private label

Most DTC brands start here. One crew neck tee, 100 pieces, one or two colorways, see how it sells, then scale. Tri-blend for the soft-to-the-touch premium feel. Heavyweight combed cotton for the structured streetwear look. We do full private label on everything. Your neck tag, your hang tag, your poly bag.

Events & promotional

Concert merch, festival runs, product launches, employee onboarding kits. These orders move fast. The client knows what they want, they need it printed and shipped within three weeks, and the artwork is usually finalized before they even reach out. We turn around bulk T-shirt orders faster than any other product.

Sports teams & organizations

Training tees, fan merch, intramural league shirts. Performance polyester for on-field use, cotton for everything else. Sublimation for all-over prints that wrap around seams. Mixed sizes in one order, no extra per size.

Available styles

Not a shop. These are starting points for your custom order. Each style is fully customizable.Pick a base, tell us your specs, get a quote.

Classic crew neck tee

The standard. Round neck, regular fit. 160-220gsm.

V-neck tee

Lower neckline, slightly dressier. Same weight range.

Raglan tee

Diagonal shoulder seam, baseball cut. Often done in contrast sleeves.

Oversized tee

Dropped shoulders, boxy fit, longer body. The streetwear silhouette.

Heavyweight tee

220gsm+ combed cotton. Thick, structured, doesn’t drape.

Performance tee

100% polyester, moisture-wicking. Built for sublimation and athletic use.

Longline tee

Extended body with curved hem. Layering cut.

Long sleeve tee

Same crew neck, full-length arms. 180-220gsm.

What you can customize on every tee

Every detail is yours to decide. We build to your spec, not from a fixed template.

Fabric

Combed cotton, CVC, tri-blend, polyester. Pick the weight. Lightweight summer tees sit around 150-160gsm. Standard is 180gsm. Anything above 200gsm starts to feel substantial. Above 220gsm you're in heavyweight territory.

Color

Pantone matching. 20+ stock colors for faster delivery. Custom dye runs for orders over 300 pieces. Heather colors available in CVC and tri-blend fabrics.

Neckline

Crew, V-neck, scoop. Ribbing weight matters more than people realize. Thin rib (1x1) for a clean look, thicker rib for durability. We default to a rib weight that matches the body fabric GSM so the collar doesn't overwhelm a lightweight tee or look flimsy on a heavy one.

Logo & decoration

Screen print, DTG, sublimation, heat transfer. Water-based ink for zero hand feel. Discharge print on dark tees. Puff print for texture. Most T-shirt orders go with screen print. It's the fastest, the cheapest per unit at scale, and the most durable.

Sizing

S to 5XL standard. Custom size charts adjusted to your market. Oversized fits graded separately.

Fit & construction

Regular, slim, relaxed, oversized. Side-seam construction is standard for cut-and-sew. Tubular construction is cheaper but limits print registration and tends to twist after washing. All our custom tees are side-seam.

Labels & tags

Woven main label, care label, hang tag. All custom branded. We can match your existing labels or design new ones from your logo files.

Packaging

Individual poly bag with size sticker. Pieces sorted by size and color into export cartons. Branded packaging available: custom bags, tissue paper, box inserts.

Fabric availability

Common fabrics in stock, arrive in 1-3 days. Organic cotton, recycled blends, and custom-dyed rolls take 7-15 days.

100% combed cotton

The workhorse. Soft, breathable, takes screen print and DTG well. 160-200gsm. Ring-spun combed cotton has a smoother surface and softer hand than carded open-end cotton. If a client can't explain the difference, we send them both swatches. They always pick ring-spun.

CVC 60/40

Cotton-poly blend. Holds shape better than pure cotton, less shrinkage, fewer wrinkles. 160-200gsm. Good for bulk promotional orders where durability matters more than softness.

Tri-blend

Cotton, polyester, and rayon (usually 50/25/25). Ultra-soft, heathered look, lightweight drape. 130-160gsm. This is what premium DTC brands pick when they want a tee that feels expensive. Costs more per meter than CVC or cotton. Worth it.

100% polyester

Moisture-wicking, wrinkle-free, sublimation-ready. 150-180gsm. The only option for full all-over sublimation prints. Also the go-to for sports and performance tees where sweat management beats softness.

Decoration methods

Your artwork, your placement. We recommend the method based on your fabric and design.

Screen print

The standard for T-shirts and it's not close. Bold, opaque, holds up wash after wash. Plastisol for vivid color on darks. Water-based for a softer print that breathes with the fabric. Discharge for swapping dye out of dark cotton and replacing it with your color. Cost per unit drops fast as quantity goes up.

DTG (direct to garment)

Prints directly into the fabric like an inkjet printer. Unlimited colors, photographic detail, no setup fees per color. The trade-off: slower per piece and the print doesn't pop on darks the way screen print does. Best for small runs with complex artwork where screen print setup costs don't make sense.

Sublimation

Full all-over prints with zero hand feel. The ink bonds with the polyester fiber instead of sitting on top. Wraps around seams, covers the entire garment. Only works on white or light-colored polyester. If your design covers the whole shirt, this is the method.

Heat transfer

Individual names, numbers, variable artwork. No plate costs. Works on any fabric. Each piece in the batch can be different. Good for team orders or limited runs where personalization matters.
